Refund Policy
Returns
We are unable to accept returns for personalised items unless the item is defective or incorrect.
You have 30 calendar days to return non-personalised items from the date you received it. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you want to return your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for items returned not delivered or lost, we recommend using a tracked service.
Any other issues
Please ensure you have checked your spelling when requesting personalisation, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect spelling, unless we are at fault.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
